When you work with Beyond Excellent Events for venue sourcing, site selection, and contract negotiation, our service can be free for you as long as your group meets a minimum of 10 or more hotel room nights and the hotel offers commission. In these cases, we are compensated through a standard commission paid by the hotel or venue – not by you – as part of their normal business practice when they receive confirmed group business from an accredited sourcing professional.

This means there is no additional cost or hidden fee to your organization, and your budget isn’t impacted by using our expertise. Because venues consider commission a normal marketing cost, your rates are not increased to cover it.
