With over 15 years of experience in events and marketing, the founder of Beyond Excellent Events LLC, Jennifer Greenawalt, brings a rare combination of strategic insight, creativity, and operational precision to every project.

Known for delivering polished, purpose-driven experiences, she has built her career partnering with startups to mid-sized companies—helping them turn ideas into immersive, high-impact events. Some of her work includes spearheading the development ground up of a customer summit that grew 30% each year, led the creation of a company’s first-ever President’s Club incentive trip, and lead trade shows that evolved into key revenue-driving initiatives—supporting sales teams in generating over $1 million in contract value. Jennifer has managed a wide range of event formats, from internal team meetings and field marketing activations to company & sales kickoffs, multi-day conferences, awards dinners, welcome receptions, and networking events.
